  If i could give zero stars I would! First off, on Dec 30 their ATM sucked and shredded my debit card! On top of that $202 was taken out of my account after I checked my transaction. I told the bank tellers and they didn't seem to care as much. They told me because I don't bank with them there was nothing they could do. True enough i don't bank with Firefly but it is THEIR ATM!!!! WHICH MEANS THEY ARE JUST AS RESPONSIBLE! Then I called the corporate office and they told me they would contact me back on a certain day. Never got that phone call. Firefly simply does not CARE. They practically STOLE $202 from me because of THEIR ATM! UNBELIEVABLE

  The service, at Firefly Credit Union, has always been superb. I have a checking and a savings account at this bank and my boyfriend does as well. Firefly is always looking for ways to help you save money. I also have a car loan at this bank and have not had any issues. The car loan process was easy, even with my less then perfect credit, I purchased a car with zero money down.
