  I paid 4 times what my sister paid to have her taxes done and I only had 3 simple forms to file, Same as her). On top of that, they never filed my renters form so I never got my return for that. When I called them about this, they directed me to the state, which informed me that it was never filed. I went back to H&R Block and asked again, and was directed back to the state. I eventually gave up because it was only about a $100 return. Additionally, my sister and I share a lease, which means we both pay the same amount in rent every year... the office that did her taxes was able to get her triple what my return WOULD HAVE BEEN had I actually received it. H&R Block sucks. Bad. Will NOT be going back here.
